Strong Bookings For Ipsen Continue In July

Rockford, IL (6/21/10) - Ipsen's new equipment bookings for July exceeded expectations. In addition to the usual orders for the Titan series of vacuum furnaces, Ipsen received orders for three Vacuum Aluminum Brazers (VABs) for both automotive and aerospace applications, including hot zones up to 100 inches in length. Proving that the aerospace market is rebounding from its 2009 low, Ipsen also sold a 10-ft diameter bottom loading furnace and received an order from one aerospace customer in Asia for $4.5 million in vacuum furnaces including a large 15 bar SuperTurbo. Ipsen has worked hard to optimize its product line and we believe these orders show our customers recognize the value of Ipsen products.
